Caressed by the tides and the Atlantic breeze, the Kuruma shrimp feeds on natural plankton in a pure oyster farm ecosystem with no artificial feeding. Subtly transparent with amber coloured touches, a streamlined and slender body, it is also adorned with a sublime rainbow coloured tail.
